How to Personalise Your Item

1. Select the required product options, including style, colour and size.
2. Enter the exact names, wording, dates or other personalisation details in the Text Notes box.
3. Upload your photo, artwork or reference image using the upload section.
4. If ordering multiple personalised items, configure and add each item to the cart separately.
5. Check all details carefully before adding the item to your cart.

Upload Guidelines

For the best printing result:

• Upload the original, highest-resolution file available.
• JPG and PNG files are recommended.
• Use a clear, well-lit image without blur or heavy filters.
• Make sure faces, text and important details are fully visible.
• Avoid screenshots or images downloaded from social media where possible.
• Each uploaded file must be under 10MB.

Important Information

Please ensure that all names, wording, dates, spelling, colours, sizes and design instructions are correct before placing your order. Your item will be produced using the information submitted with your order.

Colours and print placement may vary slightly from the on-screen image due to different displays, garment sizes and the printing process. If your file is unsuitable for printing or any details need clarification, we will contact you before production.

Personalised products cannot normally be returned, exchanged or cancelled once production has started, unless the item arrives faulty or we have made an error. By uploading an image or artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use it.

Every Vintage Tee is individually garment-washed to achieve its soft feel and naturally faded appearance.

As a result, no two shirts are exactly alike. Slight differences in color tone, fading, and texture are expected and celebrate the unique character of each garment.

These variations are intentional and are not considered defects.

At 836 STUDIO, all items are made to order. This means each product is printed especially for you after your order is placed.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, event delays, no longer needed, or ordering the wrong colour or style.

Please check the size guide, product details and delivery information carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@836studio.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and offer a suitable resolution.

If the issue is confirmed to be a fault or our error, we may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

Personalised and custom items

Personalised and custom design items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please make sure all personalisation details, names, dates and wording are correct before submitting your order.

Cancellations

As our items are made to order, cancellation requests can only be accepted if the order has not yet entered production. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or change the order.

Returns address

Please contact us before returning any item. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
