Return and Refund Policy
At 836 STUDIO, all items are made to order. This means each product is printed especially for you after your order is placed.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, event delays, no longer needed, or ordering the wrong colour or style.
Please check the size guide, product details and delivery information carefully before placing your order.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@836studio.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and offer a suitable resolution.
If the issue is confirmed to be a fault or our error, we may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.
Personalised and custom items
Personalised and custom design items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please make sure all personalisation details, names, dates and wording are correct before submitting your order.
Cancellations
As our items are made to order, cancellation requests can only be accepted if the order has not yet entered production. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or change the order.
Returns address
Please contact us before returning any item. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
