This website is operated by 836 STUDIO, the trading name of Wittygoods Ltd. Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 836 STUDIO and Wittygoods Ltd.

By visiting our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase from us.

1. OUR PRODUCTS

836 STUDIO sells made-to-order graphic apparel, including T-shirts, vintage T-shirts, hoodies and personalised clothing designs.

Most items are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

We make every effort to show our products as accurately as possible. However, colours, print placement, sizing and product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, product type, printing method and production process.

Please read the product description, size guide, colour options, personalisation details and delivery information carefully before placing your order.

1. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase from us. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it, including product type, size, colour, delivery address and any personalisation details.

Because our items are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase. Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to cancel, amend or change the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend an order if there is an issue with payment, product availability, pricing, suspected fraud, incorrect information or any other reason at our discretion. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the details provided at checkout.

1. PERSONALISED AND CUSTOM DESIGNS

For personalised or custom design items, please make sure all names, dates, wording and design details are correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for mistakes provided by the customer, including spelling errors, incorrect dates, wrong names or incorrect design instructions.

For custom design requests, we may provide a digital proof before production where applicable. If a proof is provided, production will begin after approval. Once approved and sent to production, the order cannot usually be changed or cancelled.

You must only provide images, logos, wording or artwork that you have the right or permission to use. We may refuse custom requests that appear to copy protected logos, copyrighted artwork, celebrity images, brand graphics or other third-party intellectual property.

1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP.

Unless stated otherwise, product prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to change prices, discounts and promotions at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order.

Payment must be received and authorised before your order is processed.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All items are made to order. Production usually takes 1–3 working days before dispatch. During busy periods, production may take slightly longer.

UK Standard Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates apply after production is complete. They do not include production time.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, public holidays, weather, busy periods or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at support@836studio.co.uk. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or dispatch.

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, wrong size selection, wrong colour selection, event delays, no longer needed or customer ordering mistakes.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@836studio.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be a fault or our error, we may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, product designs, graphics, logos, artwork, photographs and layout, belongs to 836 STUDIO, Wittygoods Ltd or our licensors, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or use our designs, images, artwork, product listings or website content without our written permission.

836 STUDIO’s name, branding, logos, designs and slogans may not be used without our prior written consent.

1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website is powered by Shopify. We may also use third-party services for payments, delivery, analytics, marketing, apps or other website functions.

Your use of our website may involve third-party services. These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites or services that are not controlled by us.
