This website is operated by 836 STUDIO, the trading name of Wittygoods Ltd. Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 836 STUDIO and Wittygoods Ltd.
By visiting our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy.
Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase from us.
OUR PRODUCTS
836 STUDIO sells made-to-order graphic apparel, including T-shirts, vintage T-shirts, sleeveless T-shirts, hoodies and personalised clothing designs.
Most items are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours, print placement, sizing and product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, product type, printing method and production process.
Please check the product description, size guide, colour options, personalisation details and delivery information carefully before placing your order.
ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase from us. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it, including the product type, size, colour, delivery address and any personalisation details.
Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase. Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to cancel, amend or change the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is an issue with payment, product availability, pricing, suspected fraud, incorrect information or another legitimate reason that prevents us from fulfilling the order.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been taken, an appropriate refund will be issued.
PERSONALISED AND CUSTOM DESIGNS
For personalised or Custom Design products, please make sure all names, dates, wording, images, artwork and other design details are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for errors in information supplied by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, incorrect names, unsuitable images or incorrect design instructions.
For some Custom Design requests, we may provide a digital proof before production where applicable. If a proof is provided, production may begin after approval. Once approved and sent to production, the order cannot usually be changed or cancelled.
You must only provide images, logos, wording, artwork or other content that you have the right or permission to use.
We reserve the right to refuse Custom Design requests that we reasonably believe infringe copyright, trademarks or other third-party intellectual property rights, or that otherwise cannot lawfully be produced.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.
Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
We reserve the right to change prices, discounts and promotions at any time. Any changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted at the price confirmed at checkout.
Payment must be received and authorised before your order is processed.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All items are made to order.
Production usually takes 2–5 working days before dispatch. During busy periods, production may take slightly longer.
Current estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
UK Standard Delivery: usually 3–5 business days.
UK Express Delivery: usually 1–2 business days.
US Standard Delivery: usually 3–5 business days.
Estimated total delivery times, including production, are approximately:
UK Standard Delivery: 5–10 working days from the date of order.
UK Express Delivery: 3–7 working days from the date of order.
US Standard Delivery: 5–10 working days from the date of order.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier delays, busy periods, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an address mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible at support@836studio.co.uk. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or dispatch.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our returns policy depends on whether you purchase an All Designs product or a Custom Design / Personalised product.
All Designs
Products purchased from our All Designs collection may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the eligibility conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For returns that are not the result of a fault or error by 836 STUDIO, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Custom Designs and Personalised Products
Custom Design and personalised products are made specifically for you.
These products cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect colour or style selection, or an error in information, images or artwork submitted by the customer.
This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us at support@836studio.co.uk as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where applicable.
Once the issue has been reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.
Where the issue is confirmed to be our error or a manufacturing fault, you will not be responsible for return or replacement delivery costs.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us at support@836studio.co.uk as soon as possible.
Because our products are made to order, cancellation or modification may not be possible once an order has entered production.
For Custom Design and personalised products, production may begin shortly after the design or personalisation details have been submitted or approved.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, product designs, graphics, logos, artwork, photographs and layout, belongs to 836 STUDIO, Wittygoods Ltd or our licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially use our designs, images, artwork, product listings or website content without prior written permission.
The 836 STUDIO name, branding, logos, designs and other protected material may not be used without our prior written consent.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website is powered by Shopify.
We may also use third-party providers for payments, production and fulfilment, delivery, analytics, marketing, website applications and other services required to operate our business.
Your use of our website may involve services provided by these third parties. Relevant third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites or services that are outside our control.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
