Every personalised item is made to order, so we usually create your order within 2–5 business days. Once it's ready, it's shipped from our UK fulfilment centre, with most UK orders arriving within 2–4 working days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Because every personalised product is made especially for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or has a printing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
