HOW TO ORDER

2. Place your order.

3. After checkout, please send your wording, photo, logo or design idea to support@836studio.co.uk with your order number.

4. We will create your custom design and contact you if anything needs confirming.

Please make sure all wording, names, dates and design details are correct before production.

All of our apparel features a relaxed unisex fit.
• Size down for a more fitted look.
• Choose your regular size for a standard fit.
• Size up for a relaxed, oversized style.

At 836 STUDIO, all items are made to order. This means your item is printed especially for you after your order is placed.

Processing time

Production usually takes 2–5 working days before dispatch. During busy periods, production may take slightly longer.

Delivery times

UK Standard Delivery: usually 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery estimates apply after production is complete. They do not include production time.

Estimated total delivery time

Most UK orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–10 working days from the date of order, including production and delivery time.

Delivery delays

We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may happen due to courier delays, busy periods, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@836studio.co.uk. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@836studio.co.uk with your order number and photos where applicable. We will review the issue and help find a suitable solution.

At 836 STUDIO, all items are made to order. This means each product is printed especially for you after your order is placed.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, event delays, no longer needed, or ordering the wrong colour or style.

Please check the size guide, product details and delivery information carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@836studio.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and offer a suitable resolution.

If the issue is confirmed to be a fault or our error, we may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

Personalised and custom items

Personalised and custom design items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please make sure all personalisation details, names, dates and wording are correct before submitting your order.

Cancellations

As our items are made to order, cancellation requests can only be accepted if the order has not yet entered production. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or change the order.

Returns address

Please contact us before returning any item. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
