How to Personalise Your Pet Portrait

1. Choose your preferred style, colour and size.
2. Enter your pet's name and any wording or personalisation details in the Text Notes box.
3. Upload a clear photo of your pet using the image upload section.
4. Check all personalisation details carefully.
5. Add your personalised item to the cart.

If you're ordering multiple personalised items, please configure and add each item to the cart separately.

Photo Guidelines

For the best portrait and printing result:

• Upload the original, highest-resolution photo available.
• JPG and PNG files are recommended.
• Use a clear, well-lit photo with your pet's full body visible where possible.
• Avoid blurry photos, heavy filters or screenshots.
• Make sure important features are clearly visible and not cropped.
• Each uploaded file must be under 10MB.

Made Especially for You

Every personalised design is created from the photo and details you provide, making each piece unique to you and your pet. Please double-check names, wording, selected options and uploaded images before placing your order.

Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and the printing process.

Every Vintage Tee is individually garment-washed to achieve its soft feel and naturally faded appearance.

As a result, no two shirts are exactly alike. Slight differences in color tone, fading, and texture are expected and celebrate the unique character of each garment.

These variations are intentional and are not considered defects.

At 836 STUDIO, all items are made to order. This means each product is printed especially for you after your order is placed.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, event delays, no longer needed, or ordering the wrong colour or style.

Please check the size guide, product details and delivery information carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@836studio.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and offer a suitable resolution.

If the issue is confirmed to be a fault or our error, we may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

Personalised and custom items

Personalised and custom design items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please make sure all personalisation details, names, dates and wording are correct before submitting your order.

Cancellations

As our items are made to order, cancellation requests can only be accepted if the order has not yet entered production. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or change the order.

Returns address

Please contact us before returning any item. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
